Defiant is Home Depot's house brand for residential lock hardware, and their smart lock lineup — "Powered by Hubspace" — brings WiFi connectivity, fingerprint access, and app control to an extremely competitive price point. Defiant smart deadbolts connect to the Hubspace smart home platform, enabling remote lock/unlock, event log viewing, and voice control via Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. Each WiFi model includes a smart plug that doubles as a WiFi gateway. Available exclusively at Home Depot, Defiant locks are ANSI Grade 3 certified and designed for easy DIY installation on standard US doors.
